Job Descriptions
1. Users Support •Setup computer, install/configure software and set up access permission as per staff movement •Provides IT daily support services to users •Troubleshoot and solves users’ problems •User training 2. IT Operations •Monitor & maintain IT systems uptime •Manage security options and software in computers and networks to maintain privacy and protection from attacks •Perform regular upgrades to ensure system maintain updated •Perform application and system testing before launch to production •Troubleshoot system failures or defects and provide solutions to restore functionality •Arrange maintenance sessions to discover and mend inefficiencies •Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution •Create reports and documentation outlining issue findings and solutions
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.
  2. Minimum 2 years of related experience in computer hardware/software systems.
  3. Experience in Computer installation.
  4. Working Mon : Fri ( 7.30 - 17.30 )
