Job Descriptions
1.เปิดใบแจ้งหนี้/ใบกำกับภาษี,ใบลดหนี้,ใบเพิ่มหนี้และเอกสารการวางบิล 2.จัดทำเอกสารใบแจ้งหนี้/ใบกำกับภาษีและเอกสารการวางบิล 3.ออกเอกสารใบลดหนี้ / ใบเพิ่มหนี้ 4.บันทึกบัญชี รายได้และตัดรายได้รับล่วงหน้าเป็นรายได้ตามงวดบัญชี 5.จัดทำรายงานลูกหนี้และรายได้รับล่วงหน้าประกอบงบการเงิน 6.จัดทำรายละเอียดลูกหนี้แต่ละรายและเก็บอย่างเป็นระเบียบพร้อมที่จัดตรวจสอบและค้นหาได้ตลอดเวลา 7.จัดทำรายงานภาษีขายที่มีภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่มและภาษีที่ได้รับการยกเว้น 8.รายการภาษีขายและเปรียบเทียบรายการกับรายงานภาษีกับบัญชีแยกประเภท 9.ปฏิบัติตามคำสั่งต่าง ๆ นอกเหนือจากงานประจำจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
Qualifications
  1. เพศชาย / หญิง
  2. อายุ 25- 35 ปี
  3. จบการศึกษาระดับ ปริญญาตรี สาขาการบัญชี
  4. มีประสบการณ์การทำงานในสายงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  5. สามารถใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐานได้ เช่น ms word ,excel ,email , ในการทำบัญชี
  6. สามารถใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปทางบัญชี Winspeed ได้จะพิจารณา เป็นพิเศษ
  7. มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ มีความรับผิดชอบ ขยัน อดทนและซื่อสัตย์ในการทำงาน
  8. สามารถพัฒนาตนเองเพื่อความก้าวหน้าในสายงานได้
