Job Descriptions
- Day by day operation support both remote support onsite support. - Base on problem, incidents and service request tickets, achieve an high level of user satisfaction by providing quick response and quick resolving problem, and good service quality to users are expected. - Deal directly with users either by telephone, electronically or face to face. - Response promptly to user inquiries. - Monitor incident tickets in Service Desk System. - Direct requests and unresolved issue to the designated resource. - Hardware / Software client problem solving. - LAN & PC Support. - Hardware / Software Inventory records and controls, PC replacement roll out, Software License control. - Coordinate with global IT / Regional IT team if required.
  1. Bachelor or Master in Computer Science or Business Management.
  2. At least 1-2 years IT Experience covering in several IT support areas; Basic Windows Server administration, Desktop management, SCCM, PC support, Basic Network, Wireless LAN, Helpdesk support.
  3. Service Mind.
  4. Able to work at Amatanakorn, Chonburi.
