Job Descriptions

- Control quality process system - Production solving and quality focus - System improvement and working method to increase efficiency for quality system - To coordinate with customers for solving customer complaints and claim - Controlling and monitoring manpower and performance - Prepare a quality problem-solving report for customers.

Qualifications

Male/Female, Age 30-45 years old
Bachelor degree in Engineering or related field in Faculty of Production Industrial, Rubber & Polymer Technology, Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical or relate field.
At least 5 years experience in automotive manufacturing and 2 years for supervisory level.
Have leadership, good relationships, good communication, presentation skill, positive thinking, and team building
Have an experience in Rubber or Plastic manufacturing will be plus
Good knowledge and understanding of IATF 16949, ISO14001, Core Tools, KPI, TPS, or related fields.
Fair-Good command of spoken and written in English
