- Control subordinates to follow the company‘s regulation/ควบคุมดูแลผู้ใต้บังคัญบัญชาให้ ปฏิบัติตามระเบียบวินัยกฎ และข้อบังคับของบริษัท - Monitoring working process and operators,includes supervising operator to produce quality products/ควบคุม พนักงานระดับ Operator และกระบวนการผลิต รวมถึงให้คำแนะนำพนักงาน ระดับ Operator ในการผลิตสินค้าให้ได้คุณภาพ - Train and motivate line employees to achieve production goals./ฝึกอบรมและกระตุ้น พนักงานในไลน์ผลิตให้บรรลุเป้าหมายของฝ่ายผลิต - Strictly follow up work instruction and job order./ปฏิบัติตามใบสั่งงาน หรือเอกสารการทำงานต่าง ๆอย่างเคร่งครัด - Other assign by superior./หน้าที่อื่น ๆ ที่จะได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา

Qualifications

Diploma or Higher
At least 3 years working in Production Process
Basic skill of English communication
Microsoft Word and Excel
