Job Descriptions
- รับแจ้งซ่อม รับข้อร้องเรียนเกี่ยวกับงานนิติบุคคล และประสานงานหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- บันทึกข้อมูลการรับสายและรายละเอียดลงในระบบ เพื่อส่งต่องานให้กับหน่วยงานอื่นๆ
- ให้ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับงานนิติบุคคลของบริษัท
- เวลาทำงานเป็นกะ 5 วัน/สัปดาห์
Qualifications
- วุฒิปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป ทุกสาขา
- ทักษะในการติดต่อสื่อสารและประสานงาน มีความรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่
- มีความรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่ ทำงานในสภาวะกดดันได้ และมีใจรักการบริการ (Service-minded)
- มีทักษะการสื่อสาร สามารถจับประเด็น และถ่ายทอดได้ดี
- สามารถใช้ MS Office (Excel&Word) และ Internet ได้ดี
- สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้
