Job Responsibilities: - Responsible for providing responsive after sales service to customers by managing the overall progress of the introduction and production of their products - Be a primary contact for all customers administrative interface - Lead customer team and communicate for all requirements and translate the requirement from customer to team member for the success result which meet or exceed customer expectation - Coordinate internally to ensure customer demands and needs are met - Coordinate with customer to provide the factory with enough required information to execute the plan - Continuously drive down overall business operating cost by mean of tracking and executing pre-defined business key performance indicators
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in any related fields with at least 3-5 years in electronic manufacturing
- A professional with solid background in Engineering or Business Administration Mature, Business, and customer service oriented
- Computer literate, very good command of written and spoken English.
- At least 3-5 years experience in Program management (for Sr. Program Administrator)
