Job Descriptions
1. วิเคราะห์ปัญหา แก้ไขปัญหา สนับสนุนและแนะนำการทำงาน การใช้งาน ให้กับผู้ใช้ระบบ IT 2. จัดเตรียมและการบำรุงรักษาฯ อุปกรณ์ IT (hardware, software และ network) เพื่อให้พร้อมใช้งาน และทำงานเกิดประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด 3. จัดหาและจัดซื้ออุปกรณ์ด้าน IT ให้เพียงพอกับการใช้งานและความต้องการ 4. ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายในและภายนอกองค์กรในการติดตามและแก้ไขปัญหา 5. จัดเตรียมเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับระบบ และรายงานปัญหาเกี่ยวกับระบบ 6. งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. เพศชาย อายุ 24 ปีขึ้นไป
  2. วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. มีประสบการณ์ในด้าน IT SUPPORT อย่างน้อย 1 ปี
  4. สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office, ระบบ OS windows ได้เป็นอย่างดี
  5. สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Edit Code, Microsoft SQL, SSRS ในการวิเคราะห์/ ออกแบบ/ จัดการแก้ไขฐานข้อมูลได้
  6. มีความรู้ด้านภาษา C#, .NET, VB.NET, jQuery, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, PHP (จะพิจราณาเป็นพิเศษ)
  7. สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้
  8. สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้
