Job Descriptions
-ตรวจสอบและคำนวณค่าล่วงเวลา ค่ากะ และค่าสวัสดิการต่างๆของพนักงานทุกเดือน
-ดำเนินการด้านระบบ Payroll และการบริหารค่าจ้างค่าตอบแทน
-ดำเนินการสรุปค่าจ้าง ค่าตอบแทน และสวัสดิการตามแผนก เพื่อส่งให้ผู้บังคับบัญชา
-ดำเนินการยื่นเข้า-ออกประกันสังคม และสรุปยอดเพื่อนำส่งประกันสังคม
-ดำเนินการสรุปยอดภาษีเงินได้เพื่อนยื่นภงด. 1
-บันทึกตารางการทำงานแต่ละเดือนเพื่อนำมาทำเงินเดือนและสวัสดิการต่างๆตามที่บริษัทกำหนด
-ปฎิบัติงานอื่นตามที่ผู้บังคับบัญชามอบหมาย
Qualifications
- เพศชาย-หญิง อายุ 23 ปีขี้นไป
- วุฒิปริญญาตรีทุกสาขา
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานอย่างน้อย 1-3 ปี
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office ได้ และถ้าเคยใช้โปรแกรม Tigersoft จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสาร ประสานงาน และสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี
- มีความรู้ภาษาอังกฤษในเกณฑ์พอใช้
