Job Descriptions
1.Collaborate with senior management to strengthen relationships with suppliers and vendors.
2.Support new product development by coordinating design inputs, tech packs, BOMs, and reference samples with vendors.
3.Manage the cost bidding process, update cost sheets, and maintain accurate pricing records.
4.Track and manage sample submissions (fit, color, print, salesman, and production samples), ensuring timely approvals.
5.Maintain up-to-date records of product development, fit changes, and approval statuses.
6.Ensure all production activities comply with company standards and sourcing requirements.
7.Facilitate the adoption of new styles and assist in launching seasonal developments.
8.Coordinate with vendors to ensure accurate specifications are provided (e.g., color grids, labels, packaging, etc.).
9.Monitor production timelines through company systems to ensure on-time delivery.
10.Oversee the creation and updates of purchase orders in the sourcing system, including managing necessary changes.
11.Track fabric and garment testing.
12.Review and improve processes, propose enhancements, and support the implementation of new policies.
13.Contribute to special projects or other assignments as directed by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in garment merchandising, sourcing, or production.
- Strong knowledge of product development, pre-production workflows, and production control.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities, work under pressure, and adapt to changing requirements.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with a proactive and responsible mindset.
