Job Descriptions
Job Responsibilities: • Welcomes customer & visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries. • To maintain and develop effective workflow at the reception duties. • Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed. • Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions. • Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges. • Maintains telecommunication system by following manufacturer's instructions for house phone and console operation. • Manage & Organize the meeting room schedule. • Maintain and arrange all documentation. • Supporting Management administration as required.
  1. Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
  2. 2 years’ experience in Receptionist.
  3. Good command of English & Computer literate in MS Office.
  4. Good service mind, Customer oriented, Problem solving skills and able to work with under pressure.

  6. Telephone Skills, Verbal Communication, Listening, Professionalism, Customer Focus, Organization, Informing Others, Handles Pressure, Phone Skills.
