- Active in production planning and production control all work processes and commit to ensure the compliance with GMP, HACCP, ISO and company standards.
- - Planning and production management control for good quality of products and target.
- - Develop and implement operation standards
- - Set up KPIs and other performance measures in each particular process
- - Conduct training and knowledge sharing to employees on GMPs requirement, Code of Hygienic practices, quality system and company’s requirements
- - Participate in tracing back and analyzing root causes of nonconformity products
- - Quality and Efficiency Focus
- - Daily and Monthly report.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food technology , Food science , Microbiology or related field
- Preferably 1 year experience in food manufacturing
- Good knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO and/or equivalent Quality Assurance Systems
- Good knowledge of international manufacturing management tools and concepts
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Good team player
- Strong interpersonal, management, and problem-solving skill
- Computer literacy; Proficiency in MS Office programs
