Responsibilities
•Seeking new opportunities / new customer / new business to support company jumping growth
•Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
•Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
•To expand and take care of sales target in assigned areas.
•Co-operating with agents to achieve sales target.
•Negotiate or approve contracts and agreements with clients
•To process with other matters as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years’ experience in the building industry
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, negotiation communication skills
- Possess “can do” attitude, entrepreneurial spirit, practical creativity, a strong determination commitment to deliver results
- No constraint in job mobility
