- •Email correspondence.
- •Coordinating Internal and External communications.
- •Quote Sheet, Quotation, Sales and Order preparation.
- •Coordinating with all office machines and functions.
- •Preparing all documents for all related functions.
- •Planning and organizing special customer orders.
- Leads generation sourcing
- •Collecting and Researching for leads.
- •Preparing all literature and faxing or mailing out to prospective customers.
- Information Analysis
- •Sales Information Analysis.
- •Other analysis that has assigned
- Male / Female
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, newly graduated are welcome
- Exceptional command of written and spoken English
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the Internet
- Flexible, hardworking with a naturally service-minded personality
- Innovative and able to work under high pressure
- Must be self-motivated, self-starter with a good attitude and take pride in providing excellent customer service
