Job Descriptions
1.Coordinator with foreign customers
- Liaise with customers on various related matters such as the number of products,
delivery of goods, etc.
- Build a good relationship with customers to maintain sales and increase sales in the future.
2.Recruiting foreign customers
- Traveling to attend exhibitions abroad
- Recruiting new customers to drive more product sales
- Build a good relationship with customers to maintain sales and increase sales in the future.
3.Coordinate complaints about relevant departments
- Coordinate the delivery of goods with marketing department, production department and various departments

- Follow up the delivery plan to ensure that the delivery of products meet the goals.
4.Coordinate production and related departments(Damn and Organization)
-Coordinate production and delivery with suppliers,production departments, departments Account (Stock) Logistics Department and transport companies to produce and deliver goods to customers within the specified time
- Informing the shipping information (Shipment Booking - ETD/ETA) to customers.

-Follow up delivery plans to ensure on-time delivery and chip tracking

5.Track customer payments
- Track customer payments according to payment terms
-Notify the customer's payment to the accounting department

Qualifications
- Male/Female, age 28-45 years.
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- At least 2 years of working experience in international sales.
- Good presentation, analytical, closing, and negotiation skills.
- Can use MS.Office is good.
- Able to speak, read and write English&Chinese at a good level.
- Start work immediately will be an advantage.
