Job Descriptions
#หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
1.วางแผนการไลฟ์สด และดำเนินกลยุทธ์การขายในแพลทฟอร์มบริษัท
2.วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและพฤติกรรมลูกค้าเพื่อนำมาปรับปรุงการขายให้มีประสิทธิภาพ
3.ประสานงานกับทีมคอนเทนต์, ทีมโฆษณา และทีมขายเพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมาย
4.ติดตามและวัดผลการทำงานของแคมเปญออนไลน์ พร้อมทั้งจัดทำรายงานสรุป
Qualifications
- ไม่จำกัดเพศ
- อายุ 28 - 40 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์ไลฟ์สด และบริหารทีมไลฟ์สด อย่างน้อย 2 ปี
- กล้าแสดงออก / กล้าออกหน้ากล้อง
- มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ ในการออกแบบคลิป VDO และ Content สำหรับนำเสนอเป็นสื่อโฆษณาบน Social Plantform ต่างๆ
- มีภาวะผู้นำ คิดเชิงกลยุทธ์ และสามารถบริหารทีมได้
- มีมุมมอง ทัศนคติเชิงบวก
- มีอัธยาศัยดี
- มีความกระตือรือร้น เรียนรู้เร็ว และรับมือกับความเปลี่ยนแปลงได้ดี
