Job Descriptions
- สรรหาพนักงานตามที่ต้นสังกัดส่งใบคำขอ - ติดต่อผู้สมัครงานเพื่อนัดสัมภาษณ์เบื้องต้น - ดูแล ปรับปรุงข้อมูลใน Website สมัครงานให้ข้อมูลเป็นปัจจุบันเสมอ - ดำเนินการหาช่องทางในการสรรหาและว่าจ้างบุคลากร เพื่อนำเสนอผู้บังคับบัญชา - ดำเนินการในส่วนของเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการสรรหาและว่าจ้าง เช่นสัญญาจ้างฯ - จัดทำแฟ้มประวัติพนักงาน - เข้าร่วมการสัมภาษณ์และร่วมแสดงความคิดเห็นคัดเลือก - ช่วยเหลืองานฟังชั่น HR อื่นๆ กรณีเร่งด่วน เช่น ฝึกอบรม ปฐมนิเทศน์ และความสัมพันธ์พนักงาน - งานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย ทำงาน วันจันทร์-เสาร์ เวลา 08.30-17.00 น.
Qualifications
  1. ไม่จำกัดเพศ อายุระหว่าง 22-45 ปี
  2. วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาการบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์ จิตวิทยา หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. หากมีประสบการณ์ในงานสรรหาจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  4. มีบุคคลค้ำประกันการทำงาน
