Job Descriptions

•Perform issue invoices receivable •Follow up outstanding accounts receivable •Manage all invoices to be processed accurately and timely. •Ensure that the reconciliation of accounts in the reconciliation database is complete and adhered to the due date. •Create/update the vendor file to ensure that all vendor set-up information (address, category code, etc.) is accurate. •Perform other works as assigned by supervisors •Support Finance team and coordinate with supply team.

Qualifications

Thai nationality, age 25 – 35 years old with pleasant personality
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Management
2-5 years of experience in both Account Payable and Receivable
Having experience with and be able to use Accounting software is a must
Computer literacy
English communication skill
