Job DescriptionsWork directly with the customer and/or support users to identify and troubleshoot as necessary to isolate the root cause of problems to include standing, bending and kneeling as needed to perform this task.
Provide & Maintain documentation / Contract of IT Department or Vendor.
Negotiate and administer vendor and service agreements.
Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade and support of all IT systems, including telecommunications, servers, PCs, operating systems, hardware, software, Database and Office Automation equipment.
Oversee provision of end-user services, including help desk and technical support services.
Coordinate with related party.
Maintain the Business Continuity Plan (BCP) is workable and efficiency.
Manage financial aspects of the IT department, including purchasing, budgeting and budget review and report to Management.
