Job Descriptions
Understands all quality assurance and quality control processes and able to strictly perform routine work according to company policy. Ensure all work processes are complying with GMP, Quality & Food Safety and Safety requirements. Maintain work area in a satisfactory and safe condition. Maintain current, complete and legible notebook and Quality assurance test records in compliance with good scientific and regulatory practice. Review the test report including quality control test result in production area and given usage decision once get approve from their supervisor. Support preliminary investigation of complaint sample. Collecting trend data to support for product review. Review and release imported product, finished product and packaging material. Quality assurance and review grading of return product. Conduct preliminary investigation once detected non conformities in raw material, packaging material, production process and finished good. Issue supplier’s complaint and followed up CAPA as assigned. Support monthly KPI tracking and reporting Other assignment from manager/supervisor
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor degree in Food science, Science or related field.
  2. 0-2 year experience in quality assurance from food industries.
  3. Knowledge of the GMP.
  4. Good of English & Good communication and presentation skill.
  5. Knowledge of quality systems including GMPs, HACCP, Quality & Food Safety and Halal system.
  6. Software skills including MS Office (MS Excel and PowerPoint focus)
  7. Knowledge and experience in SAP, GLIMS system
