Job Descriptions

QA Engineer (CQE) 1) Main customer contact window for quality topics of products. 2) Prepare reports and provide information per customer requirement and request. 3) Support all customer visit/audit and follow up with all related department for actions and closure. 4) Handle for customer complaints including corrective and preventive action with follow up on effectiveness. 5) Response for quality issue, take ownership to communicate with customer and ensure that the actions will be in plan. 6) Support customer activities related to quality improvement QA Engineer (IPQC) 1) Work closely with production team to ensure the products are meet customer requirements. 2) Control and take care of in-process inspection to make sure that it is well aligned with the quality standard. 3) Analyze and improve the in-process inspection in order to increase the efficiency of quality inspection. 4) Ensure real time feedback quality issue to relevant function when quality in-process found. 5) Ensure in-process quality issue close loop corrective action with not re-occurring. 6) Ensure in-process are being controlled via the use of efficient sampling plan and engineering knowledge.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
At least 3-5 years of experience as a Quality/Process Engineer in Automotive manufacturing.
Knowledge in ISO9001 Quality Management System and IATF 16949 Automotive Quality Management System, 8D Report, FMEA, MSA, SPC and quality tools
Strong leadership, teamwork and technical problem solving.
Able to communicate in English language.
