งานสรรหา คัดเลือก รับสมัครพนักงานตามแผนอัตรากำลัง คัดเลือกใบสมัคร สัมภาษณ์ผู้สมัครเบื้องต้น จัดทำรายงาน/ข้อมูลที่จำเป็นของฝ่ายบุคคลต่างๆ
Qualifications
  1. ไม่จำกัดเพศ อายุ 25 ปีขึ้นไป วุฒิปวส.-ปริญญาตรี สาขาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. มีความรู้ด้านกฎหมายแรงงานและกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องเป็นอย่างดี
  3. มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานบุคคล HRM. งานสรรหา งานเอกสารแรงงานต่างด้าว อย่างน้อย 2 ปีขึ้นไป
  4. มีวุฒิภาวะ บุคลิกภาพดีและมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี มีทักษะการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
  5. มีประสบการณ์และความชำนาญด้านการสรรหาในทุกระดับ
  6. มีทักษะการสัมภาษณ์ การติดต่อประสานงาน การสื้อสารและแก้ไชสถานการณ์เฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
