Job Descriptions
- ดูแลแผนงานก่อสร้างและมอบหมายงานให้ทีมงานและผู้รับเหมาให้เป็นตามแผนงานและส่งงานทันตามระยเวลาที่กำหนด
- ควบคุมงานก่อสร้างให้เป็นไปตามกำหนดการ แผนงาน และสัญญา
- ตรวจสอบและควบคุมการทำงานของทีมงานและผู้รับเหมาให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน
- เข้าร่วมประชุมแผนงานกับ Project Owner และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
Qualifications
- เพศชาย/หญิง อายุไม่เกิน 30 ปี
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาสถาปัตยกรรมหรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์การทำงานในสายงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง อย่างน้อย 3-5 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์ทางโครงการงานอาคาร/คอนโด/โรงแรม หรืออื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีใบประกอบวิชาชีพสถาปัตยกรรม
- สามารถเดินทางไปทำงานต่างจังหวัดได้
- Auto CAD / Sketch Up / Revit / MS. Office
