1. Comply with the rules and regulations of the company, perform the duty at his post and master the business with a high sense of responsibility, listen to others' advice or criticism, obey the leadership with courtesy and warm service, cooperate with colleague smoothly and consciously safeguard the good image and reputation of the company; 2. Carry out analysis according to the aftersales system datas, develop the improvement measures according to the analysis results and constantly improve the production quality and maintenance specification; 3. Track the quality problems of market performance in the new products , feedback out on time,tracking the reasons analysis and supervise the implementation of the solutions; 4. Before the new product comes on the market,provide new product service manual, software, maintenance tools,materials etc,and training the materials that related with new products for service center related persons. 5.Monitor service center personnel maintenance specification and system operate specification, find out the mistake and report on time,and correct fauty operation through training periodically; 6. Analyze the material consumption of the production through system datas weekly, guide and monitor the recheck situation of high value materials and DOA&DAP device,analyze recheck report and summarize feedback,develop a continuous improvement plan and reduce maintenance costs; 7.Monitor service center bounce repair performance through system datas weekly,ensure product maintainance quality to improve customer satisfaction. 8.Master the use of MTK platform tools and maintenance equipment,analyze and solve the tool use and product maintenance problems from service center in time,ensure the maintenance working normally; 9. Obey and perform the tasks assigned by the supervisor, support and cooperate with service manager.
  1. Over 3-year work experience:at least over 1.5 year management experience in the industry or similar industry,over 1.5 year phone maintenance or mainboard maintenance experience
  2. With strong analytical and problem-solving capacity;
  3. With a strong sense of job responsibility and dedication, remarkably hardy;
  4. With experience in mobile phone products,familiar with mobile phone product repair,capable of mobile phone fault analysis.
  5. Proficiency in the automation OFFICE software with the basic network knowledge and strong English application capacity.
  6. Good at coordination and communication with a strong sense of responsibility and flexibility;
  7. Capable, sound and principled;
  8. Good dedication and work ethics with strong appeal and cohesion.
