Job Descriptions

• Control the quality of products according to company target and customer required. • Control and oversee the operations of the employees to conform the quality standard of IATF 16949 and ISO14001. • To contact and coordinate customers in the case of problem with the quality products according to customer request. • Conduct analysis problem within customer target and follow up step problem solving with team member. • Verify the effectiveness of countermeasure with team member, and periodically report to management concerning tracking status. • Follow up take corrective and improvement while problem occurred and control 4M change as required. • Prepare the report to summarizing the results of other quality checks for customer according to customer’s request. • Act as customer’s representative concerning the quality problem. • Analysis to develop methods to reduce the risks and reduce the cost of the organization.

Qualifications

Male age 30-35 years old
Bachelor's degree in Industrial engineer or relate fields.
Experience at least 5-7 years in QC engineer / filed in automotive part manufacturing
Strong knowledge of Quality tools
Basically knowledge with automotive part
Good computer skills (Microsoft Office: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Auto CAD, Internet and Email).
Able to work under pressure and independence.
Good command in English.
