IT Helpdesk / Service Desk (Bangna Branch)

- 1. Provide consistent quality customer services to external clients based on SLA.
- 2. Responsible for answering calls from customers, assisting them with entering incidents / problems into service desk system, and escalating critical issues to our internal support team.
- 3. Log and track requests, and also update call status to customer.
- 4. Monitor and coordinate the vendor for troubleshooting process.
- 5. Data Center Operation: DC Patrol, Tape Rotation, Remote Hand service.
- Male / Female, 22 - 30 years old.
- Experience 1- 2 years in Service Desk, helpdesk or call center support.
- Bachelor Degree in Information technology or other related.
- Have communication skill and incident management skill.
- Verbal and written communication skill in English is required.
- Have skill in customer service mind.
