Job Descriptions
  • 1. Provide consistent quality customer services to external clients based on SLA.
  • 2. Responsible for answering calls from customers, assisting them with entering incidents / problems into service desk system, and escalating critical issues to our internal support team.
  • 3. Log and track requests, and also update call status to customer.
  • 4. Monitor and coordinate the vendor for troubleshooting process.
  • 5. Data Center Operation: DC Patrol, Tape Rotation, Remote Hand service.
  1. Male / Female, 22 - 30 years old.
  2. Experience 1- 2 years in Service Desk, helpdesk or call center support.
  3. Bachelor Degree in Information technology or other related.
  4. Have communication skill and incident management skill.
  5. Verbal and written communication skill in English is required.
  6. Have skill in customer service mind.
