Job Descriptions
• Facilitating the end-to-end import/export process, including coordinating shipments, preparing documentation, and ensuring compliance with regulations. • Liaising with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs agents to arrange and monitor the movement of goods. • Generating and maintaining accurate records of shipments, customs documentation, and related correspondence. • Collaborating with internal teams to coordinate inventory levels, resolve discrepancies, and optimize supply chain efficiency. • Keeping abreast of changes in import/export regulations and ensuring company-wide compliance. • Providing timely and accurate information to stakeholders regarding the status of shipments and resolving any issues that may arise. • Sourcing for new products • Assisting in the development and implementation of efficient import/export procedures. • Translating written and verbal communications accurately and efficiently between English and Thai for various departments
Qualifications
  1. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  2. Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.
  3. Proficiency in relevant software and tools, including excel
  4. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Proficiency in English and Thai
