Job Descriptions
- Manage scheduling for Director
- Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings
- Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to Director
- Prioritize emails and respond when necessary
- Coordinate travel arrangements
- Maintain various records and documents for Director
Qualifications
- Female Age not over 35 years
- Bachelor Degree in any fields
- 5 years' experience s in Secretary tasks
- Fluent in English both written and verbal communication skills
- Having Time-management skills
- Ability to pay attention to detail and having Organization skills
- Ability to multitask
- Computer Skills is a must
