At least 2 years of employment contract with 2-3 months of probation period (monthly pay is 80% within probation period). Other benefits: 1. When personal information is fully prepared, the company will apply the China work VISA and residence permit for foreign personnel. 2. Inclusive of accommodation expense (house rent and utilities is claimable within budget). 3. After probation period, food allowance is provided (RMB 10/day); 4. Annual performance bonus is related to the result of performance appraisal. Appraisal period starts from March of each calendar year and ends in February of next calendar year (12 months). The bonus is maximally amounted to 80% of the monthly pay. 5. Variable shift allowance (if any) is applicable. An annually merit increase/salary rise is usually within 10% of monthly pay, and the variance is based on the overall operations performance. 6. Inclusive of statutory insurance for both Chinese and non-Chinese citizens (Insurance coverage - Hospital & Surgical). 7. Holiday bonus is offered twice a year (RMB 500/person/holiday). . 8. Misc: Inclusive of annual event and team building activities. 9. Annual leave (Pay Time Off) for the first year is no more than 5 days, and for the second year is no more than 10 days, based on the date of employment. 10. Maternity leave, Marriage leave, and Medical leave is applied to the local laws. 11. Oversea travel claims is not available.
