บริษัท ฟาติมา อาร์.บี.ดี.เอส. อินเตอร์เนชั่นแนล จำกัด ก่อตั้งเมื่อปี พ.ศ. 2540 ด้วยทุนจดทะเบียน 100 ล้านบาท เริ่มเปิดดำเนินกิจการเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ของการประกอบธุรกิจ ICT System Integration จำหน่ายสินค้าอุปกรณ์ และมุ่งเน้นความเป็นผู้นำในการให้บริการด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศอย่างครบวงจร
Fatima R.B.D.S. International Co., Ltd. was founded to keep up with technology's growing demand for different means of communications, and seeing the great potential of IP technology to meet this demand. Fatima obtained an exclusive 26-year license from the Public Relations Department of Thailand and 10 years license to be the Internet Service Provider (ISP) from TOT Corporation Public Company Limited to operate as Visual Private Network.
Both concessions allow Fatima to provide not just content but also network services. Anticipating the growing one-stop service needs for I.T. system integration, Fatima started providing the system integration (S.I.) services to both the public and private sector organizations nowadays.
