The Market Experiences’ (By Expique) Cooking School is one of the most unique Thai cooking experiences in Bangkok. Unlike many cooking schools who include market tours, we are actually located in a market and The Flower Market happens to be one of Bangkok’s most famous markets. In our exclusive workshop space and kitchen we overlook the market creating a completely unique environment.
We don’t aim to be standard Thai cooking school which all offer the same standard dishes for you to learn. Instead we make the most of the ingredients that are sold fresh in the market, in order to deliver Thai cooking with a twist. These include fruits, vegetables and edible flowers. Our classes aim to show dishes that customers may be familiar with alongside more creative ways to use the ingredients we find in the market. The result is a tasty, creative, and beautiful cooking lesson.

วิธีการเดินทาง
We are hidden away on the 2nd floor (mezzanine floor) of the main Yodpiman Flower Market building. This is the building between the main road and Yodpiman River Walk (the newer restaurant / shopping area by the river) and they will be selling a lot of flowers used for offerings (marigolds, orchids, jasmine… )
The easiest way to get to us is to take the river ferry and get off at Pak Klong Talad pier (pier N6/1). You can get the blue flag tourist ferry (40THB – first boat is 9am) or the local orange flag ferry (15THB). If you are staying near a skytrain station you can get the Skytrain to Saphan Taksin and then the ferry. When you get off the ferry you will be in Yodpiman River Walk and need to walk into the main flower market.
