The Siam Guest House

Tucked away in a cul-de-sac where you still can see the old architecture of the old houses of Pattaya but close by to everything where you want to be. The rooms are comfortable equipped, fridge, air con that is most important. You are nestle in between three major shopping centre's, Festival Mall, Pattaya Avenue and the other one that housed Ripley's. Straight down to the beach it take 2 min over the 2nd street and then you just walk through Top Plaza and you reach the beach. From there it is 5 min to walking street. First time I did go this time, it is fun to watch all the tourist walking up and down and the walkingstreet can get a little congested. The Siam Guest House got friendly staff and the housekeeping are excellent. Price versus accommodation are very reasonable. Clean and comfortable....

The motorway to Pattaya; to Sukumvit, Turn right on to Pattaya Nuea, Rd 2nd Road, Soi 12; continue on Soi 12 to 2nd Road (your 1st main road); turn left on to 2nd road and move quickly to the right lane you’re your right you will see APEX Hotel, Ice Inn and then Soi 12; turn right on to Soi 12 and you will see our guest house with a pink sign
