• A monthly salary • 13th month bonus paid in December (prorated during your first year) • Group Health Insurance enrolled with Allianz Ayudhya • Annual Medical Checkups with a ceiling of THB 10,000 per year upon submission of actual receipts • Annual Dental Checkups with a ceiling of THB 5,000 per staff per year upon submission of actual receipts • Maternity Care with a ceiling of THB 100,000 per staff per birth (including monthly pregnancy check-ups) up to a maximum of two children per staff • Provident Fund (Pact will contribute 6% of monthly basic pay, employee may contribute 2-6% of basic monthly pay) • Education allowance of THB 18,000 per year • 15 public holidays paid per year • 20 days paid leave per year • Personal Leave e.g. death of an immediate family member, defined as parents, grandparent, spouse, child or sibling: 3 days; employees'
