Baan Ananda is luxury condominium comprising 24 units situated in Sukhumvit Soi 61 Position Condo Mamager. for 24 luxury units in Sukhumvit Monthly Salary 30,000 to 35,000 thb. 35 to 45 years of Age. Reporting to the board members with docttedlines to the Juristic Mgr. Preferably a female candidate. Working time 5 days a week. The person in question should have at least two years experience in the position of Front office Mgr or assistant in a 4 or 5 star hotel of Bangkok. The applicant should be first and foremost honest with high moral standards, organised, energetic, driven with a good knowledge of of English, good communicator, should possess people skills, with leadership qualities and able to manage a team of 10 staff. Capable to maintain and improve hardware and software standards trough constant upkeep and staff training. Experienced to make yearly budgets and manage expenses. Furthermore capable to keep daily and monthly book keeping and up to date bank statements of account for the sinking fund and Condo Management fees. Starting date 15th of February 2020.

วิธีการเดินทาง

Sukhumvit Soi 61 is located next to Major Cinema Ekamai. By BTS exit the statiion Ekamai and head for Major Cinema through the walk way. Once outside turn right and pass KFC. Take a motorbike taxi 800 meters in the soi. Baan Ananda is on the right hand side.
