Greet guests efficiently complete the check-in and check-out.
Complete the check-in processing including inputting and reviewing information from computer .
confirming guests details and selection rooms. Make confirm and cancel reservation.
Replying to emails and text from guests.
coordinate with other departments.
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the hotel including room details and rates ,hotel service and facilities ,promotion and local area.
