Young medical device sales representative
A young dynamic medical sales representative with a background in optometry will be responsible for promoting and selling medical device products and services to ophthalmologists. This individual will develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the eye care industry, educate customers on the benefits and features of products, and provide demonstrations and training on how to use them effectively.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying potential customers and new business opportunities in the ophthalmology field
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targeted sales goals
- Maintaining a thorough understanding of the products and services offered, as well as competitor products
- Conducting product demonstrations and training sessions for customers
- Providing ongoing support and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborating with internal team to develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns
- Attending industry conferences and trade shows to network and generate leads
- Keeping abreast of industry trends, developments.
- Initiate new sales opportunities to secure yearly sales growth.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
- Will report weekly to the sales manager about sales activities and visits to ensure a professional follow up and sales strategies to be taken.
