1. Check material that supply form W/H and make sure that the quantity and Quality are same the requirement and control materials usage under master order. 2. Control and training workers before starting productions process until end productions process. checking point as follow working standard, Product specification standard. 3. Monitoring worker carefully to make sure that they still following order from standard. 4. Control production daily report and submit to supervisor. 5. Communicated and inform production status or any quality issues to concerning person such supervisor. Manager, Planning team. 6. Analyze root cause of problems to find out problem solving and preventive action plan in every day production meeting time. 7. Control and check the number of worker to do Overtime. 8. Monitoring and control F/G
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. Diploma in related field or bachelor's degree in industrial Engineer, Mechanical Engineer
  2. At least 3 years' production line experience in a related industry.
  3. Experience in a supervisory role preferred.
  4. Leadership skills. and strong communication skills.
  5. Can do attitude, and improvement skills.
