รายละเอียดงาน1. Analyze sales performance and the competitive environment, and determine marketing strategies for domestic product groups in terms of product, pricing, and awareness-building. Select appropriate products and communication media for promotion.
2. Plan domestic marketing activities for the product group, prepare the annual marketing budget, and supervise the implementation of the marketing plan to increase sales and market share in accordance with defined targets.
3. Plan and develop new products in collaboration with the R&D department, set product pricing, and explore new marketing channels for the product group.
4. Execute domestic marketing activities and utilize marketing communication tools to drive sales in alignment with set targets.
5. Take responsibility for key projects assigned by supervisors.
6. Develop team members to enhance their capabilities and improve overall work efficiency.
7. Develop operational plans and targets to drive continuous growth and profitability.
8. Launch new products in alignment with strategic plans and formulate marketing support initiatives to enhance consumer awareness.
9. Manage marketing operations and budget in accordance with the established plan.
10. Monitor sales performance to ensure achievement of annual sales targets for the assigned domestic product group and evaluate sales results.
11. Collaborate with relevant departments to create promotional plans and campaigns tailored to festivals, seasonal trends, or quarterly initiatives.
12. Define direction and concepts for advertising and publicity materials, ensuring effectiveness in meeting sales targets and alignment with brand image, across both online and offline channels.
13. Plan and conduct market surveys to identify the needs of target customers and build strong relationships with business partners.
14. Analyze and research market demands and competitor movements to inform product or service improvements that meet customer needs.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Marketing Manager.
- Candidates with experience in team management and in developing marketing and sales strategies for the Thai market will be given special consideration.
- Experience in managing both online and offline marketing campaigns is required.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, SEM, social media analytics, and online advertising.
- Proficient in using data analysis software or platforms.
- Good command of English is an advantage and will be given special consideration.
- Ability to build and enhance a strong brand image.
- Creative in developing new strategies and campaigns.
