Export Customer Service Officer (Laemchabang)

อัตรา1 Position สมัครงาน
รายละเอียดงาน
-Support oversea agency , contact with CJ subsidiary in other country
-Coordinate and arrange export shipment according to committed date
-Support customer requirement
-Checking Export entry and benefits according from customer request.
-Prepare document in order to submit Form-E, D, AK etc. refer to customer requirement.(if any)
-Summary report shipment and KPI control.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Diploma /Bachelor's degree in International Business or Logistics Management or related field.
- At least 3 years experience in freight forwarding and oversea contact.
- Having knowledge of export customer service at least 2 years or import will be advantage
- Having knowledge and experience about Form-E, D, AK etc. will be advantage
- Can work under pressure
- Computer skills: MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Service mind & willing to work with team.
- Good command of English both writing and speaking
