• Onsite presence in Bangkok as needed, enjoy a flexible option to work remotely for the remaining days. Responsibilities
• Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.
• Determine and define project scope and objectives.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.
• Allocate resources effectively, ensuring the right team members are assigned to tasks based on their skills and expertise.
• Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
• Facilitate clear communication between clients, stakeholders, and the project team. Provide regular updates on project status, milestones, and potential risks.
• Lead and motivate project team members, providing guidance and support to drive project success.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing their concerns, gathering feedback, and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Project Manager ( EXP . 3-5 Yrs.+ in the software development industry ) อายุไม่เกิน 35 ปี
- สื่อสาร Eng ได้ ( พูด+เขียน )
- มีความคุ้นเคยกับ project management software tools
- มี Technical background และเข้าใจ หรือมีปสก.ตรงใน software development
- มีทักษะดีในการประสานงานกับแผนกภายใน และภายนอก
- มีความยืดหยุ่นในการทำงานนอกสถานที่ในกรุงเทพฯ ตามความต้องการ
- Contract 12 Month
- พิกัด : วิภาวดีรังสิต ซอย2 และ มหาลัยลาดกระบัง ต้องสลับเข้าได้ 2 ที่
- Hybrid : Onsite 2-3 Day/Week, ( นอกนั้น WFH ) หยุดเสาร์-อาทิตย์
