- Drive architectural decisions and technical strategy in alignment with business
objectives.
- Mentor team members, promoting skill development and knowledge sharing.

- Guide the development of APIs and back-end services using Golang.
- Oversee database integration and optimization using PostgreSQL and caching strategies with Redis.
- Manage deployment processes using Docker and orchestration with Docker Compose.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines leveraging tools like GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
- Coordinate infrastructure management with Terraform and cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Implement authentication and authorization strategies, such as JWT and Token-based authentication.
- Promote a culture of testing, including both unit and integration testing.
