รายละเอียดงาน1. Act as the main contact person for communication between the head office in Japan, customers, and internal departments.
2. Interpret and translate between Japanese ↔ Thai in verbal and written forms, including meetings, emails, reports, and technical documents.
3. Support CQE team in handling customer complaints and preparing quality-related documents such as 8D reports, audit findings, and corrective actions.
4. Attend meetings with customers and interpret key discussion points for relevant internal departments.
5. Coordinate closely with relevant departments such as Engineering, QA/QC, and Production to address customer quality concerns and implement preventive measures, to resolve quality issues and implement preventive actions.
6. Assist in customer audits, internal audits, and continuous improvement activities related to customer quality.
7. Prepare and maintain bilingual documentation related to customer quality standards and internal procedures.
8. Interpret and translate between Japanese ↔ Thai in both verbal communication and written documents related matters.
9. Prepare and translate related documents such as inspection standards, work instructions, audit reports, etc.
10. Assist in internal and external quality audits and other quality improvement activities as required.
