5.Stay updated on HR best practices, industry trends, and relevant employment laws to drive continuous improvement in HR practices across the group.
6.Understand the business operations and support operational efforts through proper staffing from both a strategic and tactical perspective
7.Foster effective communication channels between HR and departmental teams, ensuring smooth information flow and timely resolution of HR queries.
