รายละเอียดงาน
• Handle all local and overseas procurement processes and documentation, manage risks and opportunities to the budget and claims.
• Committed to respect specific rules to comply with the GMP and any related regulations applying locally.
• Manage Supplier Selection and Contracting: develop Supplier Selection Action Plan, lead and execute tenders and negotiations on price, terms & conditions.
• Negotiate, implement and deliver contracts including local implementation, contract compliance, supplier performance, contract status and balance; resolve issues.
• Support in working capital in categories through payment terms, inventories, lead times, MOQ.
• Supplier Relationship Management: maintain and develop relationships with overseas suppliers and contribute to global relations including partner for growth workshops, performance evaluation and feedback.
• Sourcing & Supplier Development Strategy: Support and lead new product development projects.
• Coordinates, both internally and externally with related personnel/ organization to ensure accuracy and on time delivery and to find the solution of any raw material problems.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree preferable Major in Chemical Engineering, Chemical, English, or other related fields.
- Minimum 0-5 years’ experience in Sourcing overseas supplier, Supplier Development, pharmaceutical or food industry is preferable.
- Good negotiation skills together with good concept of cost reduction.
- Good command of both written and spoken English
- Computer literacy - Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Internet and network system
- Strong interpersonal skill, good attitude, self-discipline, and fast learner, good coordinator
- Cross cultural sensitivity, mature and hard-working attitude
- Ability to prioritize work and meet aggressive timeliness.
