รายละเอียดงาน
• Manage maintenance and preventative maintenance teams across all manufacturing shifts.
• Maintain detailed documentation on various assigned projects.
• Plan and Follow up Preventive Maintenance plan for Machine and Facility to ensure PM completed as planned by auditing actual situation to meet require.
• Lead maintenance team to perform preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance and organizing Technician team to support Maintenance activity.
• Involve any problem find the root cause and take a lead to improve the machine issue.
• Handle and take responding the emergency case or urgent issues of the machine, utility & facility supply system before interrupting to production, pursuing the result, and establishing the preventive action to prevent the reoccurring of the incident.
• Plan and organize maintenance team to support service vendors and contractors for overhaul, repair, maintenance, trouble shooting and fault analysis of facility equipment and ensure high availability and reliability.
• Supervise maintenance technicians, provide day to day operational supports and maintenance service to the Data Center facilities.
• Review & Improve the document which is necessary for maintenance.
• Coordinate with other functions to support projects and maintenance work.
• Provide support, advice and technical training to maintenance team.
• Ensure workplace are safe by conduct safety audit.
• Ensure maintenance regulation such as electrical installation/testing sign off, appliance tagging, calibrations etc.
• Assist with technician skill and performance assessments.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- Have experience in machine maintenance, facility & utility system at least 5 years.
- Knowledge of injection machine and automation machine will be advantage.
- Knowledge of facility and utility system (Air Compressor,Chiller,Cooling Tower,Factory Water, Fire pump & Fire alarm, Air Conditioner etc.).
- Experience in working with ISO/Safety Standards, e.g., ISO9001, ISO14001,TS16949
- Good computer skills.
- Good command in English
