รายละเอียดงาน- Participate in defining and communication the vision, mission, and strategy of the company and creating action plans for the entire organization. Including tracking the progression of the plans.
- Act as an internal cooperation point and take ownership to deliver OD tools and system such as Performance Management, Core values, Core competency, Ethics, 5s, Quality and Productivities Improvement Activity, TPM, Lean etc.
- Monitor and manage performance management system (Process and tool).
- Design, plan and implement as company’s employee engagement programs, policies and procedures.
