Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior QA Engineer to lead end-to-end
software quality assurance, from planning to delivery. You will collaborate closely with the
development and product teams to ensure that our software meets the highest standards of
quality and aligns with customer requirements.
● Test Strategy & Planning: Develop comprehensive test plans and design test cases for
both new and existing features.
● Quality Advisory: Provide guidance and support to development and product teams on
software quality matters.
● Test Execution: Conduct various types of testing including Manual Testing, Automation
Testing, Performance Testing, and Regression Testing.
● Analysis & Reporting: Perform bug analysis and prepare detailed quality reports
covering test results, bug status, and test coverage for team and management review,
as well as customer deliverables.
● Process Improvement: Recommend improvements to QA processes and team
workflows for greater efficiency.
● Mentorship: Share knowledge and mentor Junior QA Engineers to strengthen team
capabilities.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Experience: Minimum 4–5 years as a QA Engineer.
- Technical Knowledge : Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), and Agile methodology.
- Testing Skills : Proficient in Manual Testing, with hands-on experience in API testing using tools like Postman. Experienced in Performance Testing with tools such as JMeter or K6.
- Nice to Have : Experience in building Test Automation Frameworks or writing automation scripts using tools like Cypress or Playwright.
- Database Skills : Ability to write SQL queries for data validation and analysis.
- Communication: Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and present clear, actionable reports.
- Tools : Familiarity with Bug Tracking tools (e.g., Jira), Test Management tools (e.g., TestRail), and Version Control systems (e.g., Git).
- Mindset : Detail-oriented, eager to learn new technologies, and skilled in systematic problem-solving.
