Product : Wiring Device Socket Receptacle Switch
Job description
-Receive quality issues from Production and Sales, including non-conforming goods (NG) and customer complaints.
-Investigate root causes of quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
-Coordinate with related departments to resolve quality problems and ensure effective communication.
-Inspect and analyze defective products, including those returned or claimed by customers.
-Prepare quality reports and summarize findings for management and related teams.
-Follow up on Out Standard issues and verify that corrective actions are properly executed.
-Monitor effectiveness of implemented improvements and prevent recurrence of issues.
-Ensure quality improvement activities are aligned with company standards and objectives.
-Support training (OJT) for new employees or related staff on quality procedures and standards.
-Promote continuous improvement culture across production and quality processes.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in electrical / Material Engineering or related, Related field
- Have experience 0-3 years in QA/QC (Supplier quality is preferable)
- Have Able to use analysis tools (SPC, QC 7 tools, 3G 5 Why, etc.)
- Able to use Auto inspection software (iNexiv & IM software)
