• Provide Installation, Technical Support, Maintenance and trouble shootings to customers for Cyber Security Solution
• Provide phone and email support service to external customers.
• Provide on-site / online support on technical incidents/problems reported by customers, follow through the case from problem analys
is, resolution, to the proper closure of the incident.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any related
- At least 5 years’ experience in Cyber Security / Network Security / Cloud Security
- Must have in-depth knowledge in Cyber Security Solutions (SecOps/DevSecOps/CNAPP)
- Must have strong in English skills; Speaking, Listening, Reading,
- AWS, GCP, Azure , Huawei, OCI, Tencent Certificate would be advantage
- High ability to learn new technology
- Ability to utilize Generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency, scripting, and reporting
- Experience in leveraging AI/ML concepts for Threat Detection, Log Analysis, or Security Automation
- Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools for secure code review and vulnerability remediation
- Knowledge of AI Security risks (e.g., Prompt Injection, Data Leakage) and AI Governance best practices
