รายละเอียดงาน
1.Gather and consolidate new system requirements from business users, ensuring alignment with business needs.
2.Analyze and evaluate existing business processes to identify areas for improvement.
3.Create test cases for SIT and coordinate with developers to resolve any issues found during testing.
4.Prepare deployment documentation and obtain sign-off from users before production release.
5.Provide ongoing support for system enhancement requests or issue resolution.
6.Act as a business consultant to technical teams throughout the development process.
7.Support other assigned IT or business improvement projects as needed.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analysis. Experience in the insurance or financial services industry will be considered a plus.
- Solid understanding of the life insurance business is a strong advantage.
- Proven skills in requirements analysis, process mapping, and solution design.
- Ability to work collaboratively with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Strong communication and documentation skills in English and Thai.
- Familiarity with technical tools and methodologies (e.g., BPMN, user stories, testing tools).
