รายละเอียดงาน
- Manage, direct and monitor the overall performance of the manufacturing, ensuring high quality business activities with maximum efficiency, service and profitability for the organization
- Ensuring the team understands that the organization’s profits and achievements are reflected in all its operations and activities including relationships and risk management
- Maintain and improve mechanisms for manufacturing and all organization activities, including
surveying and measuring the manufacturing operations, process, outcomes and profitability and disseminate feedback to the appropriate internal entities
- Developing plans for the organization’s progress and growth
- Developing strategic plans for team activities to achieve targets
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male or Female, Thai national, over 35 years old
- Bachelor or Master's degree in related fields, IE background will be an advantage
- At least 5 years experiences working in manufacturing environment
- Leadership with ability to motivate and manage in a manufacturing environment
- Hands-on with strong interpersonal, communication and persuasive skills
- Enthusiastic, fast learning, open-minded, eager for new work experiences with positive and flexible attitude
- Good team motivation & passion, guide team to have good performance
- Strong logical thinking and analytical skill, problem solving skill and decision making with technical knowledge
- Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese proficiency will be an advantage
